I had a truly luxurious experience at this hotel. the exclusive amenities, including the Spa & wellness centre, Jacuzzi, and indoor heated swimming pool, were superbly maintained and provided the ultimate relaxation. the service was impeccable, with in-room breakfast and packed lunches available upon request, and special diet menus catered for. The location was perfect, close to activities but quiet, providing a peaceful ambiance.

Always my first choice. Staff helped with printing. Everything I need: Wi-Fi, 24-hr reception, lounge, fitness, pools, spa. Express check-in. In-room breakfast. Non-smoking, AC. No pets. Wheelchair access. Perfect for city trips.

Our stay here was real good, superb base for exploring Amsterdam. Loved the guest room, it was airy the time we came in.

We had a fabulous stay at a historic building with a great location. The wellness center was super clean, with two saunas, a steam room, jacuzzi, and a nice pool. The breakfast was excellent and the room was very quiet with a lovely view. I highly recommend this hotel.

Wonderful view, a big balcony, comfy bed, too. Plus, it had convenient access to red light district.

The location of this hotel was perfect for exploring the city. It was close to the city center and transportation options were readily available. The hotel facilities were perfect and the breakfast spread was fantastic. The staff was attentive and provided excellent service.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 nights stay. Its location was very central, 500 metres from Air. The breakfast was marvellous and adequate, there were pastries, toast and cheese.

Though everything was lovely, check-out was slow.

The location of this hotel was ideal, right on the canal with a view towards the river. It was also very close to all the tourist attractions, making it convenient to explore the city. The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms were well-stocked with toiletries. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast offered a delicious and generous selection. Additionally, the hotel had a spa and pool for guests to relax in.

The hotel, however, lacked the attention to detail that one would expect from a 5-star establishment. Some of the staff were not very friendly and seemed unwilling to go the extra mile to ensure a 5-star customer experience.

I recently stayed at Hotel Amrath for 4 nights during a leisure trip. The location of the hotel is excellent, with easy access to public transportation. The unique and interesting décor throughout the building, including the corridors and our room, added to the overall charm of the hotel. Additionally, the hotel is within walking distance of many tourist attractions and great shopping options. The staff were friendly and the spa facilities were enjoyable. The afternoon tea at the hotel was a delightful experience, with a selection of teas from different countries.

We stayed at a hotel that was conveniently located in a quiet part of the city and close enough to the central railway station. The area was perfect for us to catch up on some rest after our overnight flight. We were also able to explore the city easily since the hotel was close to everything. The room had a comfortable bed, mini bar and a trouser press. The bathroom was excellent as well, with a separate shower and a huge bathtub.

We experienced some disorganization during our stay. A few times, we had no water without any warning or information from the hotel staff.

Friendly staff, convenient location near train station, clean and spacious rooms with great amenities including a free mini-bar, beautiful Art Deco style throughout the hotel, and relaxing spa facilities.

The facilities at Grand Amraith were fantastic, with a comfortable bed, amazing shower, great spa facilities, and very relaxing treatments offered by excellent therapists. We also enjoyed the free minibar in the room and the modern bathroom. The location was convenient, close to the train station and Amsterdam city center. a perfect stay for people who like karaoke and casinos.

Felt like it was our own home, nothing to complain about.

During our Christmas stay, we were impressed by the luxurious and charming ambiance of the hotel. The building itself was architecturally fine, with its unique and historic features. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. we were delighted to find that our room had been upgraded to a spacious suite with a comfortable and relaxing stay. The complimentary mini bar and the well-appointed bathroom with a large bathtub were also nice touches.

We did experience a few minor inconveniences. The cleanliness of the room was inconsistent, as towels, toiletries, and toilet paper were not always replenished to the same level.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, making our stay very enjoyable. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk from the city center and other attractions. the hotel had a beautiful and historic building, which added to the overall charm of the experience.

There were a few negative aspects of our stay. the room layout was uncomfortable, with a long narrow space, made it difficult to move around.

Perfect stay for my birthday! The location of Grand Hotel Amrath is ideal, just a short walk from the central station. The building itself is fascinating and full of history. My room was incredibly comfortable and even had a Nespresso machine with decaf coffee. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make me feel appreciated, they even surprised me with a luxurious chocolate cake for my birthday. The attention to detail and personalized service made me feel like a VIP. Highly recommended!

I selected this hotel for a business forum since it offers elegant event rooms with capacities ranging from small meeting rooms for six to a private basement club with its own bar that can host 150 people. The hotel's facilities catered perfectly to our needs, providing a professional environment for our business discussions and presentations.

I found the lack of a dedicated business center with workstations and printing facilities was a service that I missed for my work requirements.

The Oriental suite was like a nature retreat in the heart of Amsterdam! The open bathroom and private roof terrace made me feel so connected to the outdoors, which is exactly what I needed as a nature lover.

Some may find the Monumental suites in the Scheepvaarthuis a bit too close to the bustling city for an escape.

The hotel's elegant Amsterdam School interior, with its nods to the city's maritime history, was a delight to behold. The decorations featuring waves, sea creatures, and ships were a charming touch and made for a unique and visually engaging experience. As a senior woman, I truly appreciated the hotel's accessibility, particularly its convenient location close to Central Station and Dam Square, ensuring ease of movement for those of us with a slower pace.

The only improvement I would suggest for a better vacation for senior people would be more attentive and respectful service from the younger staff members.
